How do I export/download my photos and videos?

We announced on April 23rd that the Shoebox service was shutting down. The shut down process completed on June 2nd, 2019. 

We’re providing a grace period for you to download photos and videos back to iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, or Windows. 

Please export as soon as possible.

We’ve added options to export your entire collection to iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows - see the following options below.

Please review the export options below and pick which works best for you.

To export all of your photos and videos to your iPhone or iPad
  1. Open your Shoebox app on iPhone or iPad. 
  2. Tap Profile (“Me”) and select "Settings". 
  3. Tap “Export Collection”. 
  4. Select the option to export all of your photos and videos from Shoebox to your iPhone or iPad.
To export all of your photos and videos to your Android Phone:
  1. Open your Shoebox app on your Android phone. 
  2. Tap Profile (“Me”) and select "Settings". 
  3. Tap “Export Collection”. 
  4. Select the option to export all of your photos and videos from Shoebox to your Android phone.
To export all of your photos and videos to your Mac or PC computer:
  1. Open this link on the Mac or PC you’d like to export to. 
  2. Sign in to Shoebox (if needed). 
  3. You will be presented with options to export - select “Export to This Computer”. 
  4. Follow all the instructions to download all of your photos and videos to your computer.
Please note: photos will be exported in the maximum resolution available with your plan on the date of the announcement.
