I’m having billing issues, can you help?

Sometimes we can help, but most of the time the best course of action is to phone the number on the back of your credit card.

Most frequently, charges don't work because your credit card company blocked a purchase that seemed out of the ordinary. Please call them, ask them to allow the charge and try again.
